Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance/Software Test Lead to support the Navy Medicine Online development team. You will act as the final quality gate before release, develop QA processes, and apply AI-assisted testing to improve efficiency and risk management across the SDLC.

You will collaborate with developers, security professionals, and government stakeholders to ensure test coverage, compliance with RMF/ASR/ATO/IV&V, and timely delivery of high-quality software

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Experience using AI platforms and AI-assisted tools in software testing.
• Experience in system testing across the SDLC.
• Ability to write clear testing requirements, findings and release-readiness assessments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, execute and maintain test plans, cases, scripts and automated suites for web apps, APIs, ETL, data warehouses.
• Manage testing activities, defects, quality controls and release readiness in ALM environments.
• Identify, analyze, document and track defects, performance bottlenecks and integration issues.
• Communicate test strategies, status and risks to government PMs and stakeholders.
• Serve as final quality gate with GO/GO-WITH-CONDITIONS/NO-GO recommendations and rationales.
• Provide QA guidance and best practices to improve processes.
• Leverage AI-assisted testing to build scalable automation frameworks (Puppeteer, Selenium, Java, NUnit/JUnit, REST Assured).
