Job summary

The Aerospace Corporation is seeking an experienced QA/Test Specialist to help build AI-enabled web and mobile applications. You will work with a small team of developers to push web and mobile technologies, ensuring high-quality, bug-free releases.

Minimum requirements include a computer science degree and 5 years in IT testing, with REST API testing and automation framework experience. DoD clearance may be required for some roles, and telework options exist.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT Testing/Quality Assurance experience.
• 2+ years of end-to-end software testing across multiple browsers and platforms.
• 2+ years of REST API testing experiences.
• Experience with test automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber, Protractor JS, Nightwatch JS).
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, HTTP requests, and basic SQL for backend validation.

Responsibilities

• Establish clear acceptance criteria with product owners and validate requirements.
• Support unit, integration, system, acceptance, performance/load, and automated regression tests.
• Write and apply automated test suites for internal applications.
• Architect and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks.
• Oversee bug lifecycle and root-cause analysis to improve quality.
