Job summary

REDLEO SOFTWARE INC. seeks a QA Lead with 8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, test automation, API/UI testing, CI/CD, and AI-led testing. The role requires strong technical leadership to define and drive QA strategy and ensure high software quality.

The candidate will lead hands-on API testing, UI automation with Selenium, and oversee testing across multiple layers, including database validation and cloud environments. This is a strategic, leadership-forward QA role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering and related domains.
• Strong hands-on API testing and automation using REST/SOAP services.
• UI automation testing using Selenium or equivalent frameworks.
• Experience across functional, integration, regression, system, API, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience with SQL and database validation (MySQL/SQL Server).
• Understanding of JSON, XML, REST APIs, SOAP and microservices architectures.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with AI-led Quality Engineering and AI-assisted test generation/defect analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA strategy and drive QA initiatives across projects.
• Hands-on testing and automation contributions where needed.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality across CI/CD pipelines.
• Explore and implement AI/GenAI capabilities to improve test design and execution.
