Job summary

FA is seeking a Lead Software QA Engineer to drive quality across a distributed ecosystem. The role leads QA delivery and automation initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business and technical requirements into robust automated test coverage.

You will design, build, maintain, and optimize frameworks for UI, API, and integration testing, ensuring new features ship with automated coverage at high quality and supporting CI/CD deployments.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in UI & API automation.
• 5-7 years of experience in QA and Agile practices.
• Bilingual fluency with English and Spanish (both written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Lead QA delivery and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into automated test coverage.
• Design, build, maintain, and optimize automated test frameworks for UI, API, and integration testing.
• Ensure features are delivered with automated coverage and high quality for reliable deployments.
• Develop deep knowledge of the company’s solutions and continuously improve automation strategies, tools, and practices.
• Support manual and UAT efforts when needed, ensuring alignment with QA standards.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and support CI/CD practices.
