Qualifications

• Around 5 years of QA automation experience and hands-on ownership of a test suite.
• Led or mentored other automation engineers in prior roles.
• Worked in embedded consulting or agency environments, not only product companies.
• AI-native in workflow and credible with client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own release-quality signal for client engagements with AI-accelerated engineering.
• Write behavior-first tests tied to real user outcomes and diagnose failures.
• Remove false coverage and maintain coverage maps and decision logs.
• Wire automated suites into CI where needed and bring QA earlier into delivery.
• Lead two nearshore QA Automation Engineers and collaborate with client engineers.
