Job summary

Hotel Trader is seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to lead end-to-end Playwright automation for UI and API layers. You will work with Claude Code agents to generate tests and edge cases directly from requirements and PRs, shaping an agent-driven SDLC where manual testing is scarce.

You will design AI agents that own test design, autonomous regression triage, and release sign-off, while integrating QA with Jira, CI/CD, and data systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years QA with automation-first mindset.
• Hands-on Playwright (or Cypress) UI + API automation.
• Fluent in JS/TS and API testing tools.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end Playwright automation (UI + API) across backend services.
• Design AI agents for SDLC slices and autonomous regression triage.
• Integrate QA with Jira, CI/CD, and observability tools; AI-driven tests.
