Job summary

FalconSmartIT is seeking an experienced QE Automation Architect with deep Playwright expertise to design and lead scalable automation frameworks from the ground up. The role blends hands-on testing with architectural leadership, mentoring junior QE engineers and driving modern QE initiatives across client projects.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, and client teams to elevate quality across the SDLC, leveraging GenAI/LLM capabilities and robust CI/CD integration in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Playwright experience mandatory.
• Strong programming skills in TypeScript, Python, or Java.
• Experience designing and building automation frameworks from scratch.
• Strong UI and API automation experience.
• Experience with Selenium, PyTest, REST Assured, or similar tools.
• CI/CD experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with cross-browser testing, parallel execution, POM, and scalable automation.
• Excellent communication and client-facing technical discussion skills.
• Leadership/mentoring at Architect/Lead level.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Playwright automation frameworks.
• Define QE automation strategy, standards, and best practices.
• Drive UI/API automation and CI/CD integration.
• Lead AI-powered testing and modern QE initiatives.
• Mentor QE engineers and provide technical leadership.
• Partner with engineering, product, and clients to drive quality across the SDLC.
