Qualifications

• Experience building scalable backend systems and APIs.
• Hands-on with cloud platforms (Azure) and relational databases (SQL Server).
• Familiarity with AI tools and large language model integrations.
• Proven track record in Agile delivery and SDLC compliance.
• Experience deploying production-grade services and managing releases.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine AI-driven workflow systems with modern frameworks.
• Develop agent capabilities, tools, and safeguards for reliability.
• Integrate and optimize LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) for performance.
• Create evaluation frameworks to assess output quality and detect regressions.
• Prototype concepts and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to clarify needs.
• Write maintainable, well-tested code aligned with acceptance criteria.
• Architect scalable components across data, application, and business layers.
• Maintain automated test suites: unit, integration, and performance tests.
