Job summary

Cradle is seeking a Scientific Solution Consultant to lead the scientific and technical narrative of Cradle’s AI-guided protein platform for biologists and executives at prospects and customers. You will partner with Account Executives and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Cradle's capabilities, providing feedback to product and engineering teams to strengthen demonstrations and offerings.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in biology/biochemistry (structural/molecular biology or related).
• 2+ years in a science/customer-facing role preferred.
• Experience with scientific/informatics software (LIMS, ELN) is helpful.
• Ability to understand wet-lab workflows for enzyme/protein design is required.
• Computational protein design experience; AI/ML familiarity is a plus.
• Strong foundation in life sciences R&D and ability to translate platform to value.
• Willing to travel 20–40% (international travel possible).

• Manage customer questions and objections with credibility and insight.

• Provide feedback to product/tech teams to improve demos and offerings.
• Create best-in-class assets and content to support customers and team learning.
• Mentor other SSCs to raise performance.
