Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work, military, or training.
• Ability to work in white space and wear many hats daily.
• Strong communication and deck-building skills for senior leadership.
• Experience shaping product requirements and driving technical strategy.
• Proven track record managing multiple high-visibility projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end promotional offer execution across channels.
• Monitor in-quarter performance and adjust offerings to hit targets.
• Manage OEM funding lifecycle from contract to payment.
• Lead large-scale process improvements across the commercial pipeline.
• Deploy AI solutions and workflow automations for efficiency.
• Scope projects, develop roadmaps, and drive adoption of new tools.
