Job summary

CTMC, based in the Texas Medical Center, is seeking a Specialist I to lead AI-enabled tool development and adoption across MARK, MIA, and REGGIE. You will translate business needs into practical AI workflows, test solutions with users, and document results.

The role emphasizes building with Claude, integrating with Microsoft 365/SharePoint, and ensuring privacy and brand alignment. A flexible, collaborative office environment supports growth in cell-therapy workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or in progress.
Experience building with AI or large language model tools; no minimum years.
Hands-on ability to create, test, and improve AI-assisted workflows; Claude or similar tools preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self-directed and organized; can manage changing priorities and deadlines.
Understanding of responsible AI use, data privacy, and confidentiality practices.
Interest in biotechnology, cell therapy, or healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

Advance MARK, MIA, and REGGIE toward version 2.0 with feature planning, building, testing and release notes.
Collaborate with users to identify repetitive workflows and maintain a prioritized backlog.
Establish and report measures of adoption, quality, and time savings for each tool.
Develop CTMC design system (Claude-based) to encode brand voice and standards into reusable templates.
Partner with communications and executives to ensure externally facing content is accurate and on-brand.
Design and build AI-enabled solutions, including prompts, Claude skills, agents, and low-code automation; test with users.
