Job summary

CommUnityCare is seeking a Sr. Program Manager, AI Initiatives to shape governance and scale AI-enabled health solutions across the system. You will translate AI strategy into scalable programs, manage portfolios, and build governance structures, reporting, and operating models.

This senior IC will lead cross-functional projects, engage stakeholders, ensure privacy and compliance, and drive responsible adoption of AI in care delivery, health plan operations, and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Public Health, or related field.
• Master's Degree preferred (MBA, MHA, MPH, MS).
• 6 years program or project management experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• 4 years experience supporting technology, digital, AI-enabled, or transformation initiatives.
• 2 years experience across health and care system settings.
• 3 years experience building program infrastructure (PMO, governance, reporting).
• Foundational AI literacy and familiarity with AI governance concepts.
• Experience with enterprise portfolio tools (e.g., ServiceNow) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and mature the AI program operating model, governance pathways, workflows, and reporting.
• Serve as a central connector within the AI dyad leadership model across stakeholders.
• Drive disciplined AI governance and program routines with transparent documentation.
• Manage the AI portfolio lifecycle from intake to executive reporting.
• Lead assigned AI initiatives from concept through adoption with measurable outcomes.
• Translate responsible AI principles into practical operating practices for privacy, security, and compliance.
• Develop executive-ready program materials, charters, and board materials.
• Engage stakeholders across the Central Health System to build trust and alignment.
• Coordinate vendor and external partner engagement for demonstrations and evaluations.
• Champion AI adoption and change enablement across care delivery and operations.
