Job summary

Kriya Therapeutics, Inc. is hiring an AI Engineer to design, build, and operate agentic AI systems, RAG pipelines, and MCP connectors. You will translate complex scientific and business goals into reliable data and software platforms, collaborating with CMC, Clinical, Legal, Finance, and more to deliver production-grade AI solutions.

The role emphasizes strong software engineering, cloud/data infrastructure, and governance and requires 3–7+ years in AI/ML engineering with leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• 3–7+ years of software/ML/AI engineering experience with agentic systems and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy agentic AI systems and LLM-based tools.
• Build and maintain RAG pipelines and vector search over internal data.
• Develop production-grade data pipelines linking datalake to AI applications.
• Implement tests, CI/CD, observability, and secure, maintainable systems.
• Collaborate with CMC, Clinical, Corporate Strategy, Legal, and Finance to translate needs into designs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members.
