Job summary

The role focuses on transforming the MDS portfolio toward AI-enabled delivery while maintaining schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communication.

On-site position in Colorado Springs requiring the ability to obtain Secret Clearance and experience in program/project engineering or systems engineering.

Qualifications

• Agentic AI / AI Tools experience required.
• Familiar with 1LMX Transformation Tools (Teams, M365) including Lists, Planner, Forms, Power Automate.
• Demonstrated influential leadership across large organizations.
• Ability to manage complex projects and allocate resources effectively.
• Experience in Program Management, Project Engineering, and/or Systems Engineering.
• Ability to obtain Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support the Program Manager and Business Development lead to transform the MDS portfolio to an AI-enabled delivery framework.
• Coordinate across program and functional teams to finalize portfolio strategies and transformation roadmap.
• Establish metrics to track progress across transformation activities.
