U.S. Bank is seeking a Product Manager, AI & Workflow Transformation, to lead an Agile team supporting Global Corporate Trust (GCT). You will own backlog management, roadmap execution, and delivery of AI-enabled solutions that improve processes and stakeholder experiences.

This role partners with business and tech teams to re-engineer workflows, drive adoption, and ensure successful implementation of new AI capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

• Product management experience required.
• Typically 5–10 years of experience.
• Experience with AI or intelligent automation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for AI-related capabilities.
• Manage backlog, epics, features, and user stories; align with stakeholders.
• Lead adoption, change management, and readiness for new AI capabilities.
