Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
• 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
• Experience developing or launching products or technologies within Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning (AI/ML).

Responsibilities

• Manage validation of market size and opportunity.
• Lead and harmonize processes to define, identify, collect, and track appropriate product or business metrics, both quantitative and qualitative for new or existing products or business ventures.
• Set cross-workspace HITL standards for agentic actions across first-party, second-party, and third-party agents.
• Provide user-facing controls to enable secure and well-scoped access to their workspace data for second-party and third-party AI agents.
• Unblock workspace CLI and MCP by giving users and customers control over what their AI apps can do with or without their approval by designing a compelling user confirmation and HITL platform.
