Job summary

AgreeYa Solutions seeks an Experienced IT Product Manager to lead product strategy, lifecycle, and cross-functional delivery in Banking/Commercial Lending. You will translate business needs into roadmaps, manage AI-enabled initiatives, and collaborate across teams to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and customer requirements.
  • Translate business needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Drive product lifecycle management from ideation through implementation and post-production support.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budget, scope, and quality objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, status reports, and governance documentation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Developers, QA, Architecture, and Operations.
  • Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate governance meetings and provide status updates to senior leadership.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, business requirements, process flows, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, regulatory, and audit requirements.

Experienced IT Product Manager with a strong background in Product Management, Project Management and Commercial Lending in Banking Domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product strategy, managing the product lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of technology solutions aligned with business objectives.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and Presentation skills and stakeholder management skills, experience working within banking or financial services environments, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable product roadmaps. Responsible for leveraging AI tools and data-driven methods to improve project and product execution, including requirement gathering, workflow automation, risk identification, reporting, and decision support. The role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to define AI-enabled solutions and translate business needs into actionable product or project plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support change management, training, and user adoption initiatives.
