You will own products from ideation through delivery, partnering with cross-functional teams and executives to shape the employee experience and drive measurable outcomes.

You will translate ambiguous priorities into clear roadmaps, manage executive stakeholders, and maintain ownership of your portfolio while delivering high-quality results.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of product management experience.
• Experience delivering new products from ideation to delivery in HR tech or related enterprise functions.
• Strong stakeholder management including executive stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Ownership mindset with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Product Ownership: Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives spanning multiple areas of the Employee Success portfolio.
• Own the full product lifecycle—from ideation and problem framing through build, launch, and post-launch iteration.
• Translate ambiguous, cross-org priorities into clear roadmaps, requirements, and measurable outcomes.
• Take end-to-end accountability for your portfolio of work, proactively identifying and resolving risks before they become blockers.
