Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience designing and building production software.
• Strong programming skills across frontend, backend, APIs, data stores and distributed systems.
• Experience turning ambiguous requirements into design, testing, rollout and production ownership.
• Ability to explain initiatives and designs to engineers, product partners and leadership; ability to influence.
• AI-first approach to engineering using AI tools to move faster.
• Advanced prompt engineering skills and creating reliable system context.
• A related technical degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and delivery of cross-cutting capabilities across internal developer-productivity products.
• Build backend APIs, data models, ingestion flows, dashboards, and UX that connect AI tool usage to outcomes.
• Set technical direction for a product area with design specs, test strategies, and delivery plans.
• Define operational bar with telemetry, SLIs/SLOs, rollout strategies, and incident analysis.
• Build production-grade software with AI as a core part of the workflow.
• Design systems where AI agents integrate into human workflows at scale.
• Maintain shared system context and standards across teams and engines.
• Raise technical quality via reviews, coaching, and clear definitions of done.
