Probably Genetic is seeking a Product Lead to drive a new product line from vision to execution in a biopharma healthtech context. You will define requirements, run discovery, and collaborate with engineering to ship improvements, while owning post-sale relationships with strategic accounts.

You will lead discovery, measure success, and translate customer feedback into actionable product changes, using AI-enabled tools to streamline workflows and foster growth across biopharma and R&D portfolios.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or data science roles with strategy and execution
• Experience owning a product roadmap end-to-end from discovery to shipping and measuring impact
• Strong data fluency and ability to pull, clean, and package insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication with polished decks and dashboards
• Excellent organization and cross-functional collaboration
• AI-native approach to workflows and lightweight solutions without heavy engineering support
• Experience translating customer feedback into product requirements and delivering improvements

Responsabilités

• Lead a new product line end to end with vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Define requirements and write specs; partner with engineering to scope, prioritize, and ship improvements
• Run product discovery via interviews,競合 research, and market analysis
• Define success metrics and track performance post-launch; iterate on data
• Prepare and deliver data-driven insights and narratives from raw data
• Own post-sale relationships for key biopharma/R&D accounts; represent voice of the customer

• Collaborate with leadership on product strategy, renewal planning, and expansion opportunities across portfolio
