Job summary

Phylo is hiring a hands-on product marketing lead to shape positioning and bring AI products to market for biomedical scientists. You will own messaging, craft customer stories, and drive launches in collaboration with product, engineering, scientific, and commercial teams.

You will translate insights into credible value propositions for scientists and pharma decision-makers, develop demos and sales materials, and guide go-to-market plans from idea to launch, with opportunities to expand brand

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience taking AI products to market.
• Experience in pharma, biotech, or life sciences is strongly preferred.
• Ability to quickly learn and ramp up in a scientific marketing context.
• AI-native approach with strong product and creative taste.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product marketing strategy grounded in customer insights.
• Develop positioning and messaging for AI biomedical products.
• Create customer stories, use cases, and demos; coordinate reviews.
• Own launch planning, content, and cross-functional coordination.
• Inform Phylo’s broader brand and marketing strategy with learnings.
