Qualifications

• 5+ years of non-internship product management or product engineering experience, including 2+ years building AI/ML-powered B2B SaaS products.
• Hands-on technical background, including React or full-stack web development.
• Working knowledge of LLMs, AI agents, and retrieval-augmented generation.
• Experience owning product roadmaps and translating customer needs into requirements.
• Customer-facing product discovery experience with pharma logistics, quality, or supply chain operations users.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for core product modules and AI agents.
• Define how agents present context and recommendations and log actions for auditability.
• Engage with pharma logistics customers to translate complex workflows into simple product experiences.
• Partner with engineering, design, data science, and ML teams to deliver AI features grounded in data.
• Set and track outcomes such as automated decisions, time saved, and faster releases.
