PathAI is seeking a Staff Product Manager, Biopharma Platforms, to shape core digital platforms powering translational research and clinical development. You will bridge cloud software engineering, clinical trials, ML, and clinical research to transform workflows into scalable platform capabilities.

You will collaborate with clinical operations, regulatory, quality, and data governance teams to ensure compliant, scalable platforms while driving adoption and impact across enterprise biopharma

Qualifikationen

• The candidate holds a Bachelor’s or advanced degree (Master’s/Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Computational Biology, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 7+ years of product management experience, with a track record of building and scaling enterprise platforms, data infrastructure, or SaaS in healthcare.
• Proven experience driving software and data products within life sciences, biotechnology, digital health, bioinformatics, or clinical research.

Aufgaben

• Define and execute the multi-year product strategy, vision, and roadmap for enterprise biopharma platforms supporting translational research and clinical development.
• Lead end-to-end product development lifecycles from customer discovery and problem framing through MVP prototyping and enterprise-scale rollouts.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Quality, and Data Governance to architect platform standards compliant with GxP and SaMD validation.
• Establish product telemetry, adoption metrics, and reliability benchmarks to measure velocity and impact of platform services.
• Champion platform product management best practices and mentor cross-functional teams toward modular, interoperable architectures.
• Partner with senior scientific leaders and biopharma collaborators to align platform investments with portfolio milestones.
