Job summary

PathAI is seeking a Staff Product Manager, Biopharma Platforms, to shape the core digital platforms powering clinical development and translational research. You will bridge cloud software, trials, ML, and data governance to deliver scalable platform capabilities.

You will define multi-year roadmaps, drive end-to-end product lifecycles, and partner with biopharma leaders to align investments with pipeline milestones in a high-impact, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in a relevant field is required.
• Proven product management experience with enterprise platforms or SaaS in healthcare.
• Strong communication with technical, scientific, and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute multi-year strategy, vision, and roadmap for biopharma platforms.
• Lead end-to-end product development from discovery to rollout at scale.
• Collaborate with Clinical Ops, Regulatory, Quality, and Data Governance for compliant platforms.
• Establish telemetry and adoption metrics to measure velocity and impact.
• Champion PM best practices and mentor cross-functional teams.
• Partner with senior leaders and biopharma collaborators to align investments.
