Qualifications

7+ years of product management, strategy, or related experience.
Experience launching products from idea through adoption.
Proven ability to define roadmaps, prioritise investments, and ship products that deliver measurable outcomes.
Strong customer discovery, market analysis, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Own product opportunities from discovery through launch and measurement.
Engage with customers and stakeholders to identify problems worth solving.
Define product strategy, roadmap priorities, and success metrics.
Build prototypes, internal tools, and proofs of concept using AI coding agents such as Claude Code and Cursor.
Validate ideas quickly with users before significant engineering investment.
Partner closely with engineering and design to transition successful concepts into production solutions.
Make informed decisions on scope, prioritization, tradeoffs, and sequencing.
Drive adoption of AI-assisted product development practices across the team.
Use customer feedback, product analytics, and business outcomes to guide future investments.
