Brady Martz is seeking an AI Prototyping Engineer to turn ideas into deployable prototypes using AI-enabled tools. You will collaborate with business users and developers to define objectives, build AI-enabled features, and package prototypes for smooth handoff to production teams.

The role emphasizes applying data privacy practices, validating outputs, and staying current with AI toolsets to drive value and speed in prototyping initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent demonstrated experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to turn concepts into working prototypes through projects or work.
• Comfort using AI development tools to create and refine solutions.
• Knowledge of version control, APIs, integrations, hosting, and deployment.
• Foundational software development skills; experience with TypeScript/React/Python is a plus.
• Strong initiative and adaptability in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Portfolio or examples of working projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Turn early-stage ideas into working prototypes using AI-enabled tools and rapid experimentation.
• Collaborate with business users, prototypers, and developers to clarify objectives and define success.
• Build and refine AI-enabled features, including prompt design and API integrations.
• Package prototypes for handoff with clear structure and documentation for production teams.
• Apply data privacy and security practices during prototyping for future production use.
• Review and validate AI outputs before reliance and handoff to production.
• Stay current with evolving AI tools and techniques to improve speed and value.
