Job summary

SureCost, LLC. is seeking a Director of Product for a remote position in the United States. You will own the roadmap and P&L for a set of products used by pharmacies, guiding AI-enabled features from concept to market.

You will talk to customers weekly, coordinate with the commercial team for launches, and shape the product organization as AI tooling becomes central to how we operate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management for B2B or enterprise SaaS.
• 2+ years leading product managers or product owners.
• Hands-on AI fluency with prototypes, workflows or agents.
• Experience writing evaluation criteria for AI or ML features.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap, outcomes and quarterly priorities for your product areas.
• Run a monthly business review for adoption, issues, revenue signals and delivery.
• Own product-level P&L visibility with the CPO.
• Lead AI tooling, prototypes and agent development within your area.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and customer success on launches and enablement.
• Track adoption post-launch and drive customer success metrics.
• Influence across engineering, Sales, Customer Success and Finance.
