Job summary

Consilio, LLC is seeking a Principal Product Manager to define and drive the roadmap for proprietary software products. You will combine deep technical understanding with customer inputs to guide strategy and execution in a remote US setting.

You will own the lifecycle from ideation to market, collaborating with engineering, UX, data operations, and QA to deliver impactful software. This is a senior, fast-paced role requiring strategic thinking and execution excellence.

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years of professional experience, including 8+ years as a product manager.
• Strong technical background with understanding of data structures, predictive analytics, enterprise web software, and database apps.
• Experience in an agile software environment in a Product Owner role with Scrum knowledge recommended.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Ability to demonstrate depth of knowledge in the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to write clear business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Excellent references.
• Nice-to-have: SaaS, AI/ML, big data, information governance or eDiscovery experience.
• Nice-to-have: experience as a full stack developer for enterprise software.
• Preference for experience in global operations and selling organizations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate strategy conversations and maintain the product roadmap.
• Harvest and synthesize inputs into prioritized epic level requirements.
• Define customer voice and product positioning strategies.
• Backlog management and turning requests into actionable tickets for Eng/QA.
• Define business cases, scope, MRD, and success metrics for releases.
• Lead Agile processes with cross-functional teams across design, development, data ops, QA, and IT PM.
• Create rapid prototypes using AI to demonstrate UI and user flows.
• Support readiness activities for new products and releases across teams.
• Develop deep knowledge of buyers and user personas and buying criteria.
