Job summary

SureCost is seeking a Director of Product who will own a portfolio of enterprise SaaS products delivered to pharmacy customers. The role is remote within the United States and reports to the CPO.

You will lead cross-functional teams to bring new products to market, improve existing offerings, and shape AI-enabled product strategies. You’ll maintain close customer relationships, run quarterly reviews, and partner with Sales and Marketing to ensure successful launches, pricing, and positioning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management for B2B or enterprise SaaS.
• 2+ years leading product managers or product owners.
• Hands-on AI prototyping and evaluation experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap, outcomes and quarterly priorities for your product areas.
• Run a monthly business review for adoption, issues, revenue signals and delivery against plan.
• Build toward product-level P&L visibility for your area with the CPO.
• Own the AI agents in your area end to end, from problem to evaluation to deployment.
