AI-Driven Product Builder - Ship Real Features Weekly

Vinmar International; United States; On-site; USD 150,000 - 230,000; Full time

Job summary

Vailent in the United States seeks a Product Led Builder to own a product area from discovery to delivery, shipping working software weekly using AI agents. This is hands-on product work where the prototype is the spec and the spec becomes the PR, with production-ready results rather than demos.

You'll collaborate with sales, pricing, and product directors across current and future customers, turning workflows into scalable capabilities that fit many tenants and drive measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own a product area's outcomes from discovery to delivery and ship to production weekly.
• Run discovery directly with sales reps, pricing managers, and product directors across current and future customers.
• Map real workflows (spreadsheets, SAP screens, email chains) before proposing anything.
• Prototype before you debate; turn a problem into a working prototype in days, not weeks.
• Write precise specs for AI agents so handoffs require minimal follow-up.
• Respect the data model by reading schemas and mapped master data to ensure scaffolding is correct.
