The Pennant Group is seeking a Product Builder to own a complete feature from concept to released code. You will design system architecture, contracts, data models, and API design, while directing AI coding agents to implement and review the result for correctness, security, and long-term maintainability.

Responsibilities include coordinating architecture with Product, Design, and Leadership, ensuring robust test strategies, and delivering production-ready features across an applications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience building and shipping production software.
• Ability to design a system, including data modeling, API design, and contracts between components.
• Strong code review skills, with the judgment to identify correctness, security, and maintainability problems in code you did not write.
• Working knowledge of automated testing strategy, test coverage, and where the seams are.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control workflows, and secure development practices including static analysis and dependency scanning.
• Ability to decompose a feature into incremental, independently reviewable slices.
• Clear written and verbal communication with non-engineering partners, including Product, Design, and clinical stakeholders.
• Ability to work with protected health information in accordance with HIPAA and internal data governance requirements.

Responsabilités

• Feature architecture: system design, component and feature contracts, data model, endpoint and API design constraints.
• Program design: test approaches, seams, program layout and call stacks, component trees and dependencies.
• Vertical slices: implementation order, multi-repo coordination, incremental pull requests linked to tracked issues.
• Agent orchestration: translating design into agent tasking; evaluating agent output; ensuring architectural consistency.
• Pull request quality: agentic code review, CI/CD checks, unit tests, security and SAST scans; human codebase validation.
• Release readiness: shared accountability with Product, Design, and Leadership that a feature is ready to go to the field.
