Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI-enabled products
• End-to-end experience from problem definition to deployment and iteration
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered tools, agents, and services that support BCG’s consulting offers and delivery processes
• Translate business and delivery needs into scalable, production-ready solutions
• Ensure solutions are usable by non-technical consulting teams and aligned with BCG standards
• Document patterns, approaches, and best practices to enable reuse and scaling
