The role blends product thinking with applied AI execution, measuring success by asset adoption, speed, and impact on delivery quality. Strong communication and curiosity are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered solutions.
• Experience delivering end-to-end: problem definition through build, deployment, and iteration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-enabled products and assets for scalable use across engagements.
• Improve and reimagine consulting workflows with automation and new AI approaches.
• Operate with a product mindset: balance speed, robustness, and security.
• Collaborate across the firm with consultants, offering teams, and engineering to share patterns and best practices.
