Job summary

Conviva is seeking a Product Builder to define and lead a new analytics and optimization category for AI agent experiences. You will prototype with AI tools, ship working demos, and move from insight to artifact faster than traditional product processes.

You’ll own product strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics, partner with engineering, design, and data/ML teams, and drive end‑to‑end execution. This is a hands‑on, builder‑driven role for someone who can both shape the vision and ship tangible

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in product management, with analytics or AI/ML experience.
• Ability to create and execute product strategy for AI‑agent analytics.
• Customer‑obsessed with strong prioritization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to operate at strategy and detail.
• Experience shipping prototypes and working with AI coding tools.

Responsibilities

• Prototype concepts using AI development tools and validate UX hypotheses with working demos.
• Partner with engineering, design, and data/ML to ship high‑quality product experiences from concept to launch.
• Create internal tools and dashboards to solve immediate team or customer needs.
• Drive execution: prioritize ruthlessly, unblock teams, and manage tradeoffs to ensure timely delivery.
