Job summary

Sprout AI is seeking a versatile Builder who blends product thinking with hands-on creation to shape multiple AI ventures. You’ll work with our Founder-Builders in Residence, studio partners, and fellow AI Builders to bring ideas to life using AI-assisted tools and to deepen human connection through technology.

This role offers broad ownership across product discovery, UX, and agentive systems, with emphasis on collaboration, rapid prototyping, and user research in early-stage ventures.

Qualifications

• Strong product design and user experience background.

• Track record shipping products in early-stage ventures.
• Ability to compose software using AI-assisted tools.

As a core member of our studio team, you'll work across multiple AI ventures, partnering closely with our Founder-Builders in Residence, studio partners, and fellow AI Builders. This is a unique opportunity to shape product strategy and bring ideas to life using AI-assisted tools, all focused on deepening human connection, relationships and community through technology.
