Job summary

Conviva is seeking a Product Manager to build an Agent Experience Analytics product within its Digital Intelligence Platform. You’ll work with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to turn ambiguous market signals into tangible product bets and outcomes.

You’ll define vision, roadmaps, and success metrics, partnering closely with customers to validate needs and deliver high-impact product experiences that adapt to a dynamic AI agent landscape.

Responsibilities

• Own outcomes for Agent Experience Analytics: define vision, strategy, roadmap, success metrics.
• Talk to customers weekly, map workflows, validate problems, translate insights into bets.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data/ML to ship high-quality experiences from concept to launch.
• Prioritize ruthlessly, remove roadblocks, and ensure timely delivery.
