Job summary

Ring, an Amazon company, seeks an AI-native Senior Builder (Product Manager) to own end-to-end development of new device experiences. You will combine technical PM leadership with hands-on full-stack work across app, cloud, and device firmware, delivering AI-powered experiences from ideation to launch.

You will build prototypes with AI-coding tools, guide requirements, and collaborate across teams to ship features that balance user experience with performance and profitability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and/or product management, including AI-powered apps.
• Experience using LLMs and AI-coding tools for strategy, data analysis, UX design, and iterative development.
• Experience building GenAI-powered applications with LLM calls, RAG, and agentic workflows.
• Ability to champion the voice of the customer from idea to launch.

Responsibilities

• Build rapid prototypes and launch features using AI-coding tools (e.g., Cursor) and Git workflows.
• Lead multi-contributor engineering workstreams across app, cloud, and device firmware.
• Define product requirements and prioritize trade-offs among customer experience, performance, profitability, and operations.
• Identify and automate repetitive cross-functional workflows using agentic workflows.
• Define and sponsor AI-native systems and standards for product work across Ring, including validation practices for AI output.
• Validate features using automated internal data analysis and market research.
