Job summary

Bond Sports in New York City is seeking an AI-native Product Manager who will own features from discovery to production. You will talk directly with customers, design workflows, and prototype using AI tools to ship production features across APIs, data, payments, and scheduling.

You’ll work closely with the Chief Product Officer and push the boundaries of AI-enabled product design, shipping fast while maintaining usability and impact for sports facility management customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building software products.
• Product-minded: turn messy problems into clear requirements.
• Technical: comfortable with APIs, databases and modern web apps.
• Good UX instincts and ability to design straightforward workflows.
• AI-native: using Claude/Cursor/Codex or similar tools.
• Curious and proactive with a habit of testing new things.

Responsibilities

• Own features from discovery through production.
• Talk directly with customers and turn problems into requirements and solutions.
• Design workflows, handle edge cases, and make product decisions.
• Build prototypes, internal tools, AI agents and production features.
• Work across APIs, data, payments, scheduling, permissions, reporting and experiences.
• Test, ship, measure usage and improve.
• Use AI across research, product, design, development, testing and analysis.
• Stay current on models, tools and agent frameworks; bring useful ones in.
• Improve AI usage with better context, tokens, and reusable workflows.
• Identify processes to automate, simplify or remove.
• Help build AI-powered experiences for customers.
