Job summary

Improvado is seeking an AI Product Builder to own a product end to end, building data pipelines and performing hands-on engineering. You will shape the roadmap, work with clients and engineering, run marketing optimizations, and ship features.

You will automate analytics workflows with AI tools, tackle production data issues, and collaborate with Product, BI, and client teams to meet data requirements. This remote-first role offers growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience applying AI tools to automate analytics or data workflows.
• Product ownership/product management proven experience.
• Marketing or revenue data domain experience, marketing optimisation preferred.
• Experience building and scaling an AI agent and ability to make it reliable.
• Strong SQL skills; dbt or similar transformation tooling preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting production data pipelines and resolving data quality issues.
• Availability to work full Pacific Time (PST) hours.

Responsibilities

• Own the product end to end, from idea to delivery, define the product roadmap and how it evolves.
• Build and maintain data pipelines.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on priorities and delivery.
• Run marketing optimizations.
• Ship features.
• Build and maintain automated analytics workflows using AI tools, scripting, and modern data stack.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production data pipeline issues, including direct client-facing escalations.
• Identify opportunities to replace manual processes with scalable, AI-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, BI, and CSM/TCS teams on architecture decisions and client data requirements.
