Job summary

Hexion is seeking a hands-on project leader to drive transformation initiatives across business processes using AI, automation, and data. You will map current workflows, design new operating models, and guide initiatives from concept to adoption with measurable impact.

In this role you will partner with cross-functional teams, challenge legacy practices, and maintain velocity through structured governance, milestones, and risk management to deliver tangible financial and operational benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in consulting, project management, process improvement, or an analytical role.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or exposure to structured problem-solving welcome.
• No prior chemicals, operations, procurement, or supply chain experience required.
• Fluent using AI in daily work; Excel modeling, structuring, messy data; comfort in Power BI or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation initiatives from idea through implementation.
• Map, build, pilot, and implement new ways of working with business teams.
• Track impact with measurable financial and operational outcomes.
• Manage project execution with milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and escalations.
• Roll up your sleeves to map, design, test solutions and implement, not just manage from a distance.
