Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Procurement Operations Leader to shape strategy, transformation, quality, and performance of the PR-to-PO lifecycle.

You will set standards for accuracy, compliance, and end-to-end efficiency while modernizing processes and championing automation and AI-enabled workflows across the function. You will own the Buy Desk, set SLAs, drive dashboards, mentor the Buy Desk Advisors, and partner with sourcing, contracting, and finance to define future-state buying.

Qualifications

• Experience mentoring or guiding a procurement/operations team.
• Strong executive-facing communication; present performance and risk to senior stakeholders.
• Track record of leading cross-functional transformation as a change agent.
• Hands-on with AI-assisted process design or lightweight tool-building.
• Experience with Claude or similar AI platforms.
• Advanced critical thinking and root-cause analysis at program level.
• Understanding of accounting codes, contract terms, and SLAs.
• Advanced Excel; experience in reporting dashboards.
• Extensive Coupa experience; familiarity with SAP/Ariba/Oracle.
• Bachelor's in Supply Chain/Business/Finance/Accounting or related field; 5+ years procurement ops.

Responsibilities

• Co-owns evolution of PR-to-PO operating model and improvements tied to ERP upgrade.
• Challenge legacy workflows; leverage agents and orchestration to supplement processes.
• Champion automation and AI-assisted approaches across sourcing triage and quality control.
• Develop team capability in AI-enabled development and promote AI fluency.
• Partner with Sourcing, Contracting, Payments, FP&A, and Accounting to define future-state buying.
• Own Purchase Requisition/PO change control, SOX/compliance, and escalation handling.
• Set SLAs, cross-functional dependencies, and dashboard/SOP standards for Buy Desk.
