Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, or Vendor Management in software/SaaS/technology.
• 2+ years working with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Contract processes.
• 2+ years of price/contract negotiations for software contracts (SaaS).
• 2+ years partnering with Product, Engineering, or IT stakeholders in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Proven ability to build trusted partnerships with executives (Legal, Security, Finance).
• Experience using AI/automation or data analytics tools in day-to-day workflows.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted strategic partner to executives and cross-functional teams, aligning procurement with roadmaps and business goals.
• Lead long-term vendor strategies and multi-year renewal planning for SaaS and infrastructure suppliers.
• Drive AI-driven efficiency across market research, contract analysis, spend analytics, and workflows.
• Lead end-to-end deal execution, negotiating MSAs/DPAs/SOWs and collaborating with Legal, Security, and Finance.
