Job summary

Capgemini Invent in San Francisco, CA, is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead AI-enabled process transformation programs across strategy, technology, data, and design. You’ll drive process diagnostics, automation roadmaps, and governance, applying GenAI as an accelerant while delivering measurable business outcomes.

The role emphasizes advisory skills, client presence, and hands-on experience with process mining and automation tools, with opportunities to shape AI-enabled enterprise

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in process transformation, automation, or business transformation consulting
• Hands-on exposure to process mining/automation tools and methods
• Strong advisory skills; can influence stakeholders and drive decisions
• Experience with TOM, controls, or governance is a plus
• Experience with process mining and automation tools (i.e. UiPath, Celonis, Signavio, etc.)
• Lean six sigma certification preferred
• Executive-ready communication and strong client presence

Responsibilities

• Lead process discovery, mining, and root-cause analysis for client workstreams
• Define target operating model implications and governance for sustained change
• Build and prioritize automation roadmaps based on value and feasibility
• Facilitate workshops, present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Guide adoption of automation and AI-enabled operational improvements
• Coach junior team members and ensure high-quality deliverables
