Job summary

Capgemini Invent in Irving, TX seeks a consultant to help clients improve core enterprise processes using process mining, analytics, and intelligent automation. The role focuses on practical transformation: quantify value, build roadmaps, and apply GenAI as an accelerant.

You will work across strategy, technology, data, and design to enable AI-driven solutions, with a strong emphasis on responsible AI, governance, and data-driven decision making in client engagements.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in process improvement, BPM, automation, or business analysis.
• Familiarity with Celonis, UiPath, SAP Signavio or similar.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Exposure to core enterprise processes (O2C, P2P, AR/AP) is a plus.
• Clear communicator; strong collaboration in client environments.

Responsibilities

• Document workflows and identify improvement and automation opportunities.
• Support process mining and process discovery initiatives (data prep, analysis, insights).
• Build performance reporting (KPIs, dashboards, trend analysis) to quantify impact.
• Support automation backlogs and transformation roadmaps tied to business value.
• Support workshops and synthesis into clear recommendations.
• Track emerging GenAI/automation trends and translate into applicable use cases.
