Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in process excellence, redesign, or management consulting.
• Minimum 1 year using AI-assisted analytics, visualization, or benchmarking tools.
• Minimum 1 year of integrating AI and automating business process design.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Produce trend and forces assessments for your assigned industry, benchmarking analyses included.
• Design future-state process specifications covering AI integration points and operating model changes.
• Conduct process analysis and support delivery of digital and platform solutions across operations.
• Build analytical frameworks and data-driven assessments using AI-assisted visualization and analysis tools.
• Conduct benchmarking analysis with AI-accelerated tools.
• Develop change-impact assessments using AI-assisted organizational analysis tools.
• Apply industry knowledge to review and improve reinvention designs and content.
• Contribute to the reference library and maintain domain expertise through learning.
• Apply AX Design principles when specifying AI integration designs.
