Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in process excellence, redesign, or management consulting.
• 1+ year using AI-assisted analytics, visualization, or benchmarking tools (e.g. Platform Native AI capabilities).
• 1+ year integrating AI and automating business process design.
• 1+ year of delivering project work in a consulting environment or industry domain.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (min 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Produce trend and forces assessments for assigned industry or function and benchmark analyses.
• Design future-state process specifications covering AI integration and operating model changes.
• Conduct process analysis and support delivery of digital solutions across operations.
• Build analytical frameworks and data-driven assessments using AI-assisted tools.
• Conduct benchmarking with AI-accelerated industry tools.
• Develop change-impact assessments using AI tools.
• Apply industry knowledge to refine reinvention designs and playbooks.
• Contribute to reference library and maintain domain expertise.
