You will travel up to 80% as required, collaborating with client teams to benchmark performance, map processes, and deliver data-driven recommendations. Strong consulting experience and a mindset for continuous learning are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in process excellence, process redesign, or management consulting.
• At least 1 year using AI-assisted analytics, visualization, or benchmarking tools.
• At least 1 year of integrating AI and automating business process design.
• 1+ year delivering project work in a consulting environment or industry domain exposure.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (12 years total).

Responsibilities

• Produce trend and forces assessments for assigned industry or function.
• Design future-state process specifications for AI integration and operating model changes.
• Conduct process analysis and support delivery of digital and platform solutions.
• Build analytical frameworks and data-driven assessments using AI tools.
• Conduct benchmarking analyses with AI-accelerated tools.
• Develop change-impact assessments using AI-assisted organizational analysis tools.
• Apply industry knowledge to review reinvention designs and playbooks.
• Contribute to reference libraries and continuous learning of domain expertise.
