Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in process excellence or consulting.
• Experience with AI-assisted analytics tools and benchmarking.
• Experience integrating AI to design business processes.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Consulting or industry domain experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce trend and forces assessments for assigned industry and benchmarking outcomes.
• Design future-state process specifications for AI integration and operating model changes.
• Support delivery of digital and platform solutions across operations.
• Build data-driven analyses using AI-assisted visualization tools.
• Develop change-impact assessments using AI tools.
• Apply AX Design principles to AI integration designs and handoffs.
• Travel up to 80% as required.
