Job summary

Accenture is seeking a consultant in the United States to advance AI-enabled reinvention across industries. You will produce analytical work, design future-state processes, and apply AX Design to specify how AI agents interact within redesigned steps.

Travel up to 80% is required as engagements demand. You will collaborate with senior practitioners to shape transformation recommendations and deliver measurable outcomes at scale, leveraging AI tools and analytics throughout engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in process excellence, redesign, or consulting.
• Minimum 1 year using AI-assisted analytics, visualization, or benchmarking tools.
• Minimum 1 year integrating AI into business process design.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Produce trend and forces assessments for assigned industry, including benchmarking analyses.
• Design future-state process specifications covering AI integration points and operating model changes.
• Conduct process analysis and support delivery of digital and platform solutions.
• Build analytical frameworks and data-driven assessments using AI-assisted visualization and analysis tools.
• Conduct benchmarking analysis with AI-accelerated industry and peer comparison tools.
• Develop change-impact assessments using AI-assisted organizational analysis tools.
• Apply industry knowledge to review and improve reinvention designs and playbook content.
• Contribute to reference library and keep domain expertise current through continuous learning.
