Capgemini Invent in the United States seeks a senior consultant to lead process diagnostics and automation roadmaps, leveraging GenAI as an accelerator to deliver measurable business value. You will articulate credible value cases and guide governance for sustained change.

Collaborating across strategy, technology, data, and design, you’ll drive AI-driven solutions, coach juniors, and maintain client-facing excellence in a fast-paced, AI-first consulting environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in process transformation, automation, or business transformation consulting.
• Hands-on exposure to process mining/automation tools and methods.
• Strong advisory skills; can influence stakeholders and drive decisions.
• Experience with TOM, controls, or governance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead process discovery, mining, and root-cause analysis for client workstreams.
• Define target operating model implications and governance for sustained change.
• Build and prioritize automation roadmaps based on value and feasibility.
• Facilitate workshops, present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Guide adoption of automation and AI-enabled operational improvements.
• Coach junior team members and ensure high-quality deliverables.
